Mathematical art
How can you turn a 2D plane into a 3D 90-degrees dodecahedron and other mathematical shapes? Inspired by mathematical artists such as Albrecht Durer, Leonardo da Vinci and M.C. During this workshop, Escher will provide Rinus Roelofs insight into the process of how these shapes are designed. The resulting 2D surfaces can then be used to create special geometric shapes, for example with a laser cutter.
